Our Story
Miami Perfect Services Corp was built by Rodolfo Lopez Garcia around one idea that sounds obvious but is surprisingly rare in this trade: find out what's actually wrong before you start charging for repairs. Too many homeowners have paid an electrician to swap parts until something worked. That's not diagnosis, and it isn't how we operate.
We're based in Miami at 12472 SW 17th Ln, which puts us minutes from Westchester, Tamiami, Kendall and Coral Gables and within easy reach of Doral, Hialeah, Miami Lakes, Homestead and Broward County. Being local matters here — we know Miami-Dade and Broward permitting, and we know what inspectors in this county actually look for.
The work spans everything a South Florida property needs: panel and subpanel replacements, dedicated circuits, recessed and landscape lighting, EV charging stations, pool and spa hookups, generators with transfer switches, and the unglamorous but essential job of correcting code violations left behind by unpermitted work.
We start at 6:30 AM and work until 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, with Saturday mornings reserved for emergencies. Estimates are free, pricing is explained before anything begins, and we work in English and Spanish.
